1. Free Trials

If you are using a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid charges.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments once they are processed. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

3. Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund, once refund initiated with in 7 working days amount will be reflected in source account. After this initial period, no refunds will be issued for annual plans, but you will continue to have access to the service for the remainder of the paid term.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at info@mnrtechnologies.com within 7 days of the billing date. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • You failed to cancel before your renewal date.
  • You did not use the service during the subscription period.
  • You are dissatisfied due to reasons unrelated to platform performance (e.g., lack of features not advertised).
